About Me

Eve Kenneally (from Boston by way of DC) is a Brooklyn-based writer, etc. They have an MFA from the University of Montana, where they served as a poetry editor for the literary magazine CutBank. Her chapbook “Something Else Entirely” (2017) is out with Dancing Girl Press and their micro-chapbook “FOUNDER” (2018) is out with Ghost City Press.

Their poems, book reviews, and articles have been published widely both in print and online. Their poem “Joan Of Arc Was Having A Bad Hair Day” was nominated for a 2015 Best of the Net Award and their poem “The Sight Was A Potion, I Drained It” received an honorable mention in the 2016 Academy of American Poets Prize. They also received a scholarship to attend the 2016 Minnesota Northwoods Writers Conference to study with Jericho Brown.

Eve has professional experience with SEO + content writing, editing, teaching, tutoring, and social media. They are currently getting their MSW degree at Hunter College.
